Confirmed Shipments
Partbot Distributor Platform Documentation
Once a shipment has been confirmed and booked, it appears on the Confirmed Shipments screen. This page provides detailed tracking information, including the shipment origin, destination, carrier details, and available actions like printing documents or canceling bookings.
Click on the Partbot Tracking Number to view the tracking details for the shipment.
Confirmed shipments are locked for delivery and cannot be edited. If any changes are required, you will need to cancel the shipment and create a new one.
📦 Key Features of the Confirmed Shipments Screen
Shipment List Overview
Each row in the Confirmed Shipments list provides the following details:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Distributor Order ID | The associated distributor order id for this shipment |
References | Associated references (Partbot Tracking Number, Store Order ID, Carrier Tracking Number). |
Status | Marked as Booked once confirmed. |
Origin | The originating address |
Destination | The delivery address |
Details | Carrier and service type (e.g., Road Express) along with item count and total weight. |
Dates | - Earliest Pickup: Expected pickup window. |
- Earliest Delivery: Estimated delivery window. |
Shipping Documents and Actions
At the far-right of each shipment row, users can download or print the following documents:
- Shipping Label: Print or download the label to attach to the package.
- Connote: Generate the connote document for tracking or handover purposes.
Shipping documents are generated on the fly, and may take a few seconds to load.
Additional Actions:
- Cancel Booking:
- Users can cancel the shipment by clicking the Cancel Booking button if changes are required.
Manifesting and Requesting Pickup
Once shipments are booked, they need to be grouped into manifests and a pickup requested from the carrier. Users can multi-select shipments and choose the Request Pickup action to create manifests for their chosen shipments. The system will automatically generate a manifest per carrier.
Requesting Pickup / Manifesting Options
- ASAP Pickup:
- Select this option to request an immediate pickup for the selected shipments.
- Scheduled Pickup:
- Alternatively, you can choose a pickup date from the dropdown to schedule a pickup for later. This will create manifests and group shipments based on their carrier.
To avoid creating multiple manifest files for the same carrier in a single day, it is recommended to wait until later in the day to request pickup.
Searching and Filtering Shipments
- Use the Search bar at the top-right to filter shipments by:
- Order number
- Reference number
🛠️ How to Manage Confirmed Shipments

Search for a Shipment:
- Use the search bar to locate a specific order or shipment.

Generate Documents:
- Click the Documents dropdown to download or print the shipping label or connote.

Request Pickup:
- Select the shipments you want to group into a manifest and click Request Pickup to schedule a pickup with the carrier.

Cancel a Booking (Optional):
- If changes are required, click Cancel Booking to void the shipment and make adjustments.
Navigation
- Tabs: Switch between Pending Shipments, Confirmed Shipments, and Manifested Shipments using the top navigation.
- Pagination: If there are multiple pages of confirmed shipments, navigate through them using the pagination controls at the bottom.
