Manifested Shipments
Partbot Distributor Platform Documentation
The Manifested Shipments screen displays all shipments that have been grouped into manifests and are ready for pickup / have recently been dispatched. Users can download relevant documents, and track shipments.
📦 Key Features of the Manifested Shipments Screen
1️⃣ Manifest Overview
Each manifest is grouped by Carrier and displayed with the following information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Manifest ID | A unique reference number for the manifest. |
| Carrier Name | The name of the carrier responsible for the shipment (e.g., TGE IPEC). |
| Expected Pickup | The expected pickup window for the carrier (e.g., 22–23 Oct). |
| Origin | The originating warehouse or sender location. |
| Destination | The delivery location. |
| Details | Carrier service type (e.g., Road Express), item count, and total weight. |
| Dates | - Delivery Window: Estimated delivery timeframe for the shipment. |
2️⃣ Documents and Actions
For each manifest, users can download or print documents from the Documents dropdown on the right side:
Available Documents:
- Manifest: A consolidated manifest document containing all shipment details.
- Commercial Invoice: Print the commercial invoice (if applicable).
- Shipping Label: Download individual shipment labels.
- Connote: Generate the consignment note for tracking.
- Dangerous Goods Declaration: For shipments containing hazardous materials.
- Proof of Delivery: View proof of delivery for completed shipments.
Generating documents may take a few seconds. Please be patient while the documents are prepared.
3️⃣ Searching and Filtering Manifests
- Use the Search bar at the top-right to filter manifests by:
- Order number
- Tracking number
